For 20,000 to 100,000 lbs. Excavators, Ningbo Belt Pneumatic Machinery Co.,Ltd.. offers the Hendrix II Coupler. For Excavators larger than 100,000 lbs., Hendrix also offers Cast Coupler equivalents in all models. All Hendrix Couplers feature the following:

Pin-grabber design. They are designed to mate to any attachment manufactured to OEM earring specifications. No special weld-on latching devices are necessary.
Critical wear areas of the coupler are made from low alloy, high strength castings manufactured in our state of the art foundry.
The Hendrix Hydraulic Coupler comes standard with a "Cast" high strength, low alloy lifting eye. This will allow your excavator to do the lifting chores on your job site, saving you the rental of a crane. By being able to disengage your attachment, you will gain a lifting advantage equal to the weight of your attachment.
By design, the Hendrix positive locking system continues to compensate for wear, ensuring the coupler always remains tight.
Because we use the low-pressure pilot system of the excavator, we are able to maintain positive pressure on the cylinder in the engage position, keeping the coupler tight.
